United Nations guarantee that everyone linked to them must display thoughtful core of conduct. In recent years, they have accomplished more to fortify responsibility and honesty, bring issues to light, and give better help to the vulnerable. However, they should keep on working harder and warmly with the Member States who are authorized to keep all personnel accountable for any misconduct.
At the United Nations, the staff is completely dedicated to having their impact to fortify peacekeeping. The Declaration of Shared Commitments that more than 135 nations have effectively marked is a significant and meaningful initial step. During my tenure at UNHQ, I enjoyed being assigned to the Security Council and General Assembly. The high-level discussions about conflicts and instability and sometimes passionate outbursts from individuals or groups were thought-provoking. Despite these enormous challenges and the never-ending subject about funding, there are positive signals of progress.
